Large workshop areas
Two large work tables seating 16 people each — one indoors, one on the covered terrace. Ideal for plenary work, workshops and shared meals that turn into working sessions.
Breakout rooms
Multiple separate rooms across three levels, including the taverna level with its own entrance — a self-contained space for a second track or focused sub-team. On request, an HP multifunction laser printer — print, copy, scan — can additionally be set up in the taverna workshop area.
Quiet call rooms
Dedicated quiet areas for video conferences, including a full workstation with a 4K LG monitor on a swivel arm and a laser printer in the same room — the 65″ OLED above the desk doubles as a large external screen. Additional work desks can be set up anywhere in the house on request.
Outdoor workspaces
Covered terraces with power outlets, seating and shade — move the afternoon session outside without losing productivity.
Cinema & presentation room
The taverna cinema with projector screen and Apple TV, plus a second large-projection room right next door — for presentations, demos or the evening keynote.

The villa sleeps up to eight guests across five sleeping areas on three levels, each level with its own newly renovated bathroom. For additional participants we recommend the neighbouring apartments of Hotel Residence Campi: our grounds and terrace run right up to the Villa Silvia apartment building — participants simply walk across to their rooms. So up to 20 workshop participants stay within two minutes of the workshop table.

Who sleeps where: five sleeping areas on three levels.
Four bedrooms plus a fifth sleeping area in the taverna — each level with its own newly renovated bathroom. Up to eight guests sleep in the villa itself.
Ground floor
One double bedroom with the bathroom directly next door — reached via a single step at the front door, ideal for guests who prefer ground-level access. The discreet workstation with 4K monitor and the 65″ LG OLED TV are integrated here.
Top floor
Three bedrooms: one double room and two single rooms, with a newly renovated bathroom on the level — private rooms for up to four team members.
Taverna level
The cinema area doubles as a fifth sleeping area with two sofa beds (140 × 200 cm) for up to two guests — plus its own renovated bathroom with Miele washer and dryer.
Recharge between sessions.
The best offsite ideas rarely happen at the table. Hiking trails start at the door; Limone sul Garda is a 7 km panoramic drive below. On site and next door: fitness equipment, table tennis, professional table football, volleyball, e-bike rental, sauna and a seasonal pool.
Morning
Sunrise over Monte Baldo, espresso on the terrace, a trail run through the nature reserve before the first session.
Midday
Working lunch from the outdoor kitchen — or walk over to the restaurant-pizzeria at Residence Campi, about 100 m away, and order pizza for the whole team.
Evening
BBQ on the 800° grill, film or demo night under the stars with the outdoor projector, planning the next day by the fire.

How many participants can the venue host?
Workshop capacity is up to approximately 20 participants, with two large work tables seating 16 people each. The villa itself sleeps up to eight guests across five sleeping areas; for additional participants we recommend the Villa Silvia apartments of Hotel Residence Campi, which directly adjoin our grounds.
How reliable is the internet — really?
The venue runs on Starlink high-speed satellite internet with strong mesh Wi-Fi on all levels, indoors and on the terraces. Because the villa sits at one of the highest points on Lake Garda, mobile providers operate their masts in the immediate vicinity — mobile coverage is very good compared to other areas around the lake. On top of that, the additional Starlink antennas are installed to provide stable, scalable video-conferencing capacity. The venue is built for video conferencing and cloud-based work.
How do we get there?
The nearest airports are Verona (105 km, approx. 1 h 30 min) and Milan-Bergamo (123 km, approx. 1 h 45 min); the nearest railway station is Rovereto (40 km, approx. 50 min). From Limone sul Garda, a 7 km panoramic road leads up to Voltino. On-site parking and an 11 kW EV charger are available.
What about food and catering?
The venue is set up for self-catering with the premium Miele kitchen and the fully equipped Napoleon outdoor kitchen. In addition, the restaurant-pizzeria of Hotel Residence Campi is only about 100 m away — your team can eat there directly or order pizza for pickup. Larger arrangements need to be agreed in advance — please mention them in your enquiry.
What does an offsite cost?
