On-site support
A local house manager looks after the property and is reachable at any time during your stay — most practical questions are solved within minutes. Full contact details and a detailed digital guest handbook (key handover, Wi-Fi access, equipment guides) are provided with every booking.
Pool, wellness & hotel services next door
Guests of Villa Larici can use the outdoor pool of Hotel Residence Campi (about 280 m, a 4-minute walk) free of charge during the hotel season, usually Easter to early October — loungers and parasols included; please register at the reception as Villa Larici guests. For a fee, the hotel also offers a Finnish sauna and wellness area, tennis courts, minigolf and simple e-bike rental. Its restaurant-pizzeria is ideal for informal team dinners.
Streaming & entertainment
All projectors in the house run Google TV with AirPlay receiver functionality. German live TV is available via a pre-configured Waipu.TV account in the living room and the cinema room; Netflix, Prime Video and other services can be used with your own accounts. The cinema room in the taverna is ready for movie or demo nights, and the fixed terrace projector turns the outdoor sofa into an open-air cinema.
Sports on the property
Table tennis, badminton, high-quality boules set, volleyball net, fitness equipment and a professional table-football table are available on site — perfect for breaks between sessions or an informal team tournament on the level lawn behind the house.
Fireplace & winter offsites
The fireplace on the ground floor makes the villa a cosy venue for autumn and winter strategy retreats. Madonna di Campiglio (82 km, about 90 minutes) offers world-class skiing including an Olympic downhill run; Monte Baldo and the Schnalstal glacier are further winter options. The house is a non-smoking property on all levels.
Cycling, hiking & activities
- Road cycling & MTB: quiet panoramic roads and trails around Passo Nota and the old military roads; quality bike and e-bike rental at BestOne BiciGrill in Vesio, simpler e-bikes at Residence Campi.
- Hiking: Monte Bestone directly from the villa (approx. 45 min) with breathtaking views over the lake; Val di Forra and Passo Nota nearby.
- Tennis: courts by the hour at Residence Campi, Hotel Pineta and Hotel Le Balze.
- Strada della Forra: the spectacular gorge road down to the lake — famous from the James Bond film “Quantum of Solace” and one of the most scenic drives in Italy.
Everyday needs
Vesio and Pieve (a few minutes away) cover daily needs: bakery Panificio Girardi, Coop supermarket, Alpe del Garda farm products, butcher Macelleria Girardi Oreste and the Valzelli pharmacy. Several restaurants are within walking distance of the villa.
Electric cars
A fixed go-e wallbox (up to 11 kW) is installed on the property — bring your own Type 2 cable and use the free Monta app to start and pay for charging. The charger is reserved for guests of the villa.
